Building Your Followers on BeeChintzy

Did you know that BeeChintzy allows users to follow a merchant's place of business?  Following a business means a couple of things:

1. When your business publishes a new offer, your followers will be informed via a "Push Notification", a short message that is delivered to their device and presented in their notifications panel.  Followers will hear about offers first!

2. When creating a new offer, you can target that offer to ONLY followers (among other targeting options).  

Followers are an important part of your BeeChintzy experience.  One great way to get followers is to share the BeeChintzy app with your customer.  

When you register your location in the BeeChintzy merchant platform you will receive a set of Point of Presence materials that you can use to advertise Chintzy to your customers.   The QR code on these materials directs a consumer to the Apple AppStore or Google Play store to download the app.  Once downloaded and installed, the user is automatically added to your followers list; so sharing the app builds your followers list automatically!

Integrating BeeChintzy sharing with your other online platforms

It is also possible to integrate these sharing QR codes with your other online or local advertising efforts.  Here's how to do it:

• Login to the merchant platform at https://account.beechintzy.com.  

• From your list of Locations, select the location you want to manage and press the "Manage Location" button. - On the next page, press the "Share" icon

• You are now presented with a QR code that is specifically created for your use.  Click on the QR code to download the code to your computer.

• Use this image in email campaigns, on your web site or social media channels.  Anyone who scans the code and downloads the app will, along with all the other great benefits of BeeChintzy, become a follower of your location.
